Marketing Director -Web & local marketing

I am looking for a marketing strategist that can perform SEO and other marketing strategies for my website and products www.mycompleteclosets.com.
1 - promoting online sales
2 - name branding
3 - local sales

I am looking for someone to draw up suggested markeing strategies for the above areas. Then be able to implement some or all of these strategies. My goals are:
1. to start selling online within 30 days
