Registered Nurse Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Registered Nurse Virtual Assistant to join our growing healthcare organization. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient care and support.

As the Healthcare Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our healthcare staff by performing a broad range of duties including scheduling appointments, managing patient information, responding to inquiries, ordering supplies, filing records, making travel arrangements, and more. You will also serve as the central point of contact between patients and staff members, ensuring that all interactions are handled courteously and professionally.

We’re searching for a Registered Nurse Virtual Assistant who is:
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the Philippines
- Earned a Bachelors of Science In Nursing (BSN) degree
- Knowledgeable in the use of healthcare technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software applications
- Experienced with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and medical billing/coding
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal in English
- Able to interact professionally with patients, staff members, and other stakeholders

Required Equipment:
- High speed reliable internet connection (Minimum 100 mb internet speed).
- Double screen computer/Laptop with webcam and microphone
