SEO & Google Ads Manager (Part time 25hours)

About us

We are a brand and digital marketing agency looking for a committed SEO & Google Ads Manager that brings a system to set up, implement and scale our clients' SEO campaigns.

What we are looking for, you need to be this person:

• Proactive: someone who is curious, always looking for ways to improve processes, methods, and systems, willing to look for answers, not waiting to be told what to do.
• Confident & Organised: in strategy, execution and details. Someone with their own systems, processes and SOPs set up and ready to implement
• Communicative: keeping us informed on the status and needs of current and future projects
• Experienced & Committed: At least 5+ years experience with SEO & Google Ads. Someone who wants to work and earn their pay, motivated and committed, not just looking for a job to get by

Monthly tasks include:

SEO:
- Conduct research and monitor relevant keywords.
- Develop SEO website structures.
- Create a content strategy.
- Create content briefs for SEO writers, including pages and blog posts.
- Evaluate and monitor competitors' on-page and off-page metrics and gap analysis.
- Identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions to web designers.
- Audit website content, landing pages, and paid search ads.
- Optimize Google Business Profile to enhance local SEO.
- Regularly disavow spammy links.
- Create and maintain monthly SEO reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and integrated marketing trends to keep strategies fresh and effective

Google Ads:
• Setup new Google ad accounts, keyword research, choose keywords, write headlines, descriptions, work with team on optimize landing page(s)
• Create new Google ad sets for events or client priorities, keyword research, choose keywords, write headlines, descriptions, make recommendations for landing page(s)
• Monthly review and optimization of Google ad sets

Preferred expert knowledge of:

• Google Analytics
• Google Business Profile
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Search Console
• Google Ads
• BrightLocal
• SEMRush
• WordPress
• Yoast SEO plugin
• Elementor
• Asana or Clickup

Special requirements:

• A computer that is two years old or less
• Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
• Have a headset or microphone and video camera (for tea ---------- etings)
