We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate/Social Media Coordinator to support our Account Executives in closing deals, managing client accounts, and coordinating our social media campaigns. You will manage and nurture client relationships, assist with sales presentations, and provide administrative support to the Account Executive team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Executives with sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Help to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and track client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Provide administrative support to the Account Executive team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Coordinate all social media accounts by creating content, managing campaigns, and all of our websites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
