We have a team of 11 people all working remotely across the globe. We have a varied client base including but not limited to live & online events, Nutra, Dating Advice, Fintech, Financial Reports, Apparel, Business Growth, Ecom, Health and Wellness, Crypto, NFTs & Metaverse.
Our company is experiencing unprecedented growth and we are in the process of creating new programs and services for our clients which requires the creation, and planning of new systems to support our growth.
Role:
- Review account performance & KPIs
- Support media buyers in account strategy
- Create stable campaigns that can scale
- Identify new audiences to scale to
- Provide media buyers with fulfillment in their jobs
- Provide media buyers with the excitement of learning new things
- Provide media buyers with feedback and a path for professional growth
- Acknowledgment and praise for media buyers results
- Create a plan for media buyers to study and upskill
- Out-of-the-box thinking on ad strategy
- Big picture thinking
- Create a media and message-to-market strategy based on market and competitive research
- Review research fro
- Saving client accounts from canceling by creating new directions when needed
- Sometimes taking client calls to save an account from canceling
- Providing direction & constructive feedback to the creative director
- Ensure we stay on the cutting edge of advertising including
- Ad Strategy
- Marketing Strategy
- Ad tech tools
- Keep a 30,000-foot view of clients' accounts and their KPIs
- CPA KPIs
- Funnel KPIs
- Account stability
- Account direction
- Review customer satisfaction
- Create a plan for accounts that need an immediate turnaround
- Create a plan for the future strategy to avoid last-minute panic when creatives atrophy
- Ensure there is always a minimum of X amount of ads in the creative bank
- Define different hooks to enable the capture of different personality types and information consumption styles eg

> Info seekers who want more detail
- Hop on schedule check-ins and client calls to discuss account status and project direction
- Participate in Team Scru
Job Requirements:
- With experience with
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Marketing Strategist / Account manager preferably in either:
A. A digital marketing agency or,
B. With the advertising and marketing operations department of a company.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- 2 recent employer or client references are required who we can talk to.
Hours
- 40 hours per week
- 9am to 5pm USA Eastern Time
