Group Health Insurance - Executive Assistant (US Insurance)

Looking for a dynamic assistant to help our US based team with a variety of tasks related to the US based group health insurance industry. The right person will be consistent and thorough and able to handle simple and repititive tasks as well as more complex projects. Must have attention to detail and good organizational skills.

The following experience is required:
- Experience working with group health insurance for US based companies
- Must have worked for health insurance broker or insurance carrier (or similar)

Experience with the following is helpful:
- Running small group health quotes
- Answering client questions about their policies
- Experience with health insurance technology platforms

Tasks may include assisting with day to day tasks such as:
- Running health quotes
- Calls with insurance carriers to gather information
- Excel data entry and presentations
