JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

we're looking for an email and live-chat Customer Support specialist for SaaS product: ----------

Here is more info:
- we receive 2-10 requests per email per day
- your job would be to either answer them yourself or assign it to our technical team
- we have a documentation section that you can refer customers to
- we would also activate live-chat on our website during your working hours
- it's a part-time role of 20-25 hours/month to start with, 6 days a week, Sunday off.
- full training will be provided

Requirements:

- Very good English language skills
- Very good Wordpress management skills
- Must have experience in email customer support. Do not apply if you don't have experience with Tech support.
- Good technical knowledge of how Wordpress Plugins work
