Marketing Admin Assistant

We are seeking a superstar Marketing Assistant to join our digital agency. Our agency specialises in website design, SEO, email marketing, Google Ads, and social media marketing. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can assist us in these areas, and we are excited to offer opportunities for skill development and additional hours for the right candidate.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, admin tasks and SEO tasks. Training is provided along the way however some experience will be necessary.

Ideally, you will have a basic level of understanding of the following:
- Google Workspace
- SEO
- ClickUp
- WordPress
- Social Media Management
- Canva/Illustrator or similar for content creation

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist in creating engaging social media posts for multiple platforms and clients
- Building backlinks and citations
- Preparing client reports/documents/proposals
- Prospect market research
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Some website data entry

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with social media and email marketing
- Willingness to learn, make suggestions on improvements and grow
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
