Google Ads Specialist

We are currently seeking a google ads specialist. This person must already possess the following knowledge & skills:

- Creating relevant, effective google ads with proper headline, description, and ad extensions
- able to find and use relevant positive and negative keywords to drive targeted qualified leads
- using proper match types
- properly setting up ad groups, locations, times the ads run, etc.
- experience in ABC testing ads
- effective bidding strategies to maximize conversions within the ad budget
- constantly improve Quality Score
- optimizing landing pages
- running google maps ads, display ads, retargeting ads, youtube ads. (everything under the google ads umbrella)

Pay will be based on whether part-time, full time or freelance. If also good at running Facebook Ads and other social ad platforms is a plus.
