Job Title: Expert Microsoft Cloud Engineer (TIER 3 or above)

Job Summary:
As an Expert Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will be required to have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's cloud services and technologies, including all components of Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, security and other related products). You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for helping to establish Microsoft Cloud policies for automation and security across all of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet client requirements
• Configure and maintain Microsoft cloud services, including Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and related products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and applications
• Ensure that solutions meet security and compliance requirements
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the team
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and related technologies
• Manage and maintain documentation related to cloud solutions and processes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT OR EQUIVELENT EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft based cloud-based solutions
• Ability to design and manage migrations to M365 from on-premises AD, Google Apps, or other non-Microsoft platforms
• INTERMEDIATE or above experience using PowerShell for automation
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements
• Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools
• Experience working at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) PREFERRED
• Experience working with ConnectWise Manage for ticketing PREFERRED (must have experience working with some form of ticketing system for time tracking and resolution management)
• Experience working with an RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) Tool PREFERRED
• Experience with basic Power Automate Flow Creation and Administration PREFERRED
• Basic understanding of Networking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented approach to work
