Paralegal

We are looking for a paralegal with experience in California civil litigation matters to help our quickly growing team. Specifically, this position will work to ensure all deadlines are met from initial drafting of Court/Judicial Council forms, discovery, notices, motions, declarations, orders, and the like to filing and service of the same. You will collaborate with our excellent team to make sure our clients' work is done on time and correctly. You will also be experienced or be cross-trained in all of our calendaring, customer service, and intake functions. You have experience using Clio Manage, Clio Grow, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail, Ring Central and preferably CaseMail. You are detail oriented and enjoy making sure things are done right. You are friendly, well-spoken, and have a good command of the English language.
