As an Amazon Marketplace E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Marketplace store. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximize sales, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create, manage, and update product listings on Amazon Marketplace
-Monitor and optimize product search rankings and sales performance
-Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
-Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate shipping and fulfillment
-Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our store stays competitive and relevant
-Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-2+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central
-Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Experience working with Amazon Marketplace, including creating and managing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and optimizing listings for search rankings
-Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
