German speaking Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representative

You will handle outbound and inbound calls from clients, answer questions and ensure each caller has the information needed. QUALIFICATIONS:
*German language
*preferably someone with BPO experience
*should be good in handling outbound calls as well as inbound calls
*someone who can handle 50+ calls per session
*Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills with active listening
*Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

SALARY:
* 5 USD per hour

SCHEDULE:
* 4-8 hour shift (flexible, daytime)
