Instagram Social Media Manager (with reposting on Tiktok) and Discord Community Engager

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Social Media Manager (who can also repost content on TikTok) and engage with our ---------- community. Read this job posting carefully and explain why you are the best fit based on these responsibilities.

This is a full time position for a fast growing start up company. You can have posts scheduled for the weekend, but we do need help on the weekend in keeping our ---------- engaged.
Training videos will be provided.

Responsibilities:

-Create a monthly content calendar for Instagram.
-Set KPI's and goals for growth.
-Create AI images on Midjourney that are consumer product-focused.
-Remove backgrounds and edit AI images on Lightroom and Photoshop.
-Add our provided branding to AI-generated images for posting on Instagram.
-Engage with other AI Artist profiles through commenting, liking, DM'ing, following, and unfollowing accounts.
-Create catchy/viral reels on the CapCut app with AI images.
-Repost content on TikTok.
-Grow Instagram accounts while being engaging without being spammy.
-Lead people back to our ---------- community.
-Engage with the community on our ---------- server.
-Welcome people, reply to messages, and react to messages.
-Tip people to encourage them to create more art and stay active in our server.
-Generate example images on our Midjourney channel on ---------- .
-Create any brand assets we need for our social media and ---------- .

-Be ready to take on any additional social media assignments that benefit the company.

Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
-Proficient in Lightroom and Photoshop.
-Strong communication skills.
-Experience with using templates or creating catchy/viral reels on the CapCut app.
-Experience in growing Instagram accounts and engaging accounts without being spammy.
-Familiarity with ---------- and how to engage with communities on the platform.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Passion for creating and engaging with art communities.
