JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Manila/Cebu/Remote

We are a dynamic and fast-growing mobile app, web application, and website development company, providing excellent development services to clients worldwide. We also offer developers outsourcing services to help other companies achieve their software development goals.

We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us recruit top talent for our offices in Manila and Cebu, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our company, primarily programmers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new ---------- velop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and performance management.
Oversee office administration, including facilities management, vendor management, and procurement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
