Growth Hacker/ Sales Consultant - Property Deals

At Elevency Properties we are a property management company with a base in London, UK.

Our company is seeking a Growth Hacker to join our team and help us secure property deals by contacting developers, agents and landlords through various methods of cold outreach. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and take their own initiative.

Your primary objective will be to secure property deals, more specifically multiunit residential apartments, such as buildings with 4-10 different apartments. You will receive a full base salary plus commission for every deal we take on, with the commission increasing as the size of the deal grows. Our goal is to secure 4 to 15 apartment deals.

Finding the right candidate for this role is of utmost importance to us. We strongly believe that for the ideal candidate, this position offers a great opportunity to grow within the company and earn a substantial income. However, this role requires a lot of drive, consistency and perseverance.


Responsibilities:

Identify and approach property owners, developers, and agents to secure new property deals
Research and develop strategies to generate new business leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing and sales strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a growth hacker, business developer, or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take own initiative
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail
