Graphic Design / Marketing

We are looking for a tea ---------- mber to join our mission on the graphic design and digital marketing team. At Swanson Christian Products we sell a variety of Christian gifts and church supplies primarily to the USA to wholesale and retail customers!
We are excited to hire someone interested in the creativity of graphic creation, product photo edits, social media growth and new product design!

Some tasks for the position may include:
Collaborating with graphic designers to develop visual concepts, design layouts, and create digital or print materials.
Managing and organizing design files, documents, and project materials.
Assisting with the creation of social media content that aligns with the brand.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's design work is fresh, modern, and ---------- sign converting email marketing campaigns with attractive design elements and clear CTA.
Work with marketing team to design converting advertisements for social media and reporting on results.
Editing and updating advertisements as needed based on analysis.

Qualifications:
A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
Proficiency with social media ad creation and A/B testing
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
A solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
