Speaking Engagements, Podcast, Conference, & Appearances Scheduler

Seeking experienced candidates who have a proven background in performing outreach and successfully scheduling speaking engagements, podcast appearances, conference speaker engagements, broadcast media appearances (radio, newspaper, tv, etc.). You may apply if you have proven expertise in one, many, or all of the areas mentioned above. This role will be part-time and is open to freelancers who already have existing clients. The client is a Mind Coach who just secured a book deal and will need to have scheduled appearances to promote the book. We need someone who can do cold calling as well email outreach and research. The person must be able to do send templates but also engage with POCs to try to secure the engagements. The client may like to be the one to speak to the final scheduler, but you may be responsible for figuring out who that person is and providing information to the client.
