Job Responsibilities

General
Coordinates and supervises with the Company’s IT Service Provider in the conduct of regular preventive and network infrastructure maintenance
Undertakes the installation and configuration of purchased software and hardware
Provides technical assistance, support and perform initial and minor repairs on office personnel’s hardware, software or network infrastructure
Implements contingency plans for the company’s IT related in accordance with the Business Continuity Plan

Networking
Advanced experience of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Virtual Private Networks, SD-WAN
Knowledge of network protocols such as: DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP
Experience with network equipment: routers, switches, Wi-Fi and firewalls
Experience in designing network for offices, data centers, multi-site WANs
Advanced network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Relevant product experience: Cisco Meraki, Fortinet

Requirements
Must be a graduate of Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Information Technology
Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
Office-based, night shift schedule
Amenable to work in Quezon Avenue, QC
