Job Title: Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide solutions to their problems
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide after-sales support to clients and ensure their satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience working in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and Asana
