One Janitorial is looking for a passionate CSR that thrives on helping our cleaners and clients become successful and get and amazing service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with great hours in a fun yet professional atmosphere & culture.

Your day will include:

Handling Tickets In/Out
Answering the phone
Partner Servery Calls
Sending Email's
Some after-hours work

Must have
- A proven track record in customer service
- accounting/payment concern background (would be an advantage but not required)
- 9 out of 10 English written and spoken
- the ability to answer calls after hours when scheduled
- Have or are willing to purchase an extended microphone headset ($15 on amazon), Computer with 4 GB of ram & a good webcam, Internet that is fast - On google, type in - internet speed test - take a free test to find out.
- Quiet place to work at home without being interrupted.
-Able to work 8 am to 4:30 pm MDT - Monday to Friday.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must obtain a high level of energy.
-Must be willing to put in the extra hard work to get the result.
-Familiarization with Google programs (sheets, drive, Gmail, etc.) is an asset.
