Transfer work from Mailchimp/Get Response to Infusionsoft & Leadpages

We are looking for someone to do the for someone to transfer all autoresponders from Mailchimp and Get Response over to Infusionsoft.

We also need all Get Response lead capture pages that are on Get response to be recreated on leadpages and linked to Infusionsoft.
