Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing supply chain operations that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals
Manage procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management
Optimize logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Monitor supplier performance metrics and negotiate contracts/terms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, etc.
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency while reducing costs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in supply chain management (minimum 5 years)
Strong understanding of supply chain principles including procurement, logistics, inventory management, ---------- monstrated ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution
Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Excellent communication skills including strong grammar & vocabulary usage
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
