YouTube outsourcing conspiracy theories and misteries channel

I have a Channel about conspiracy theories and misteries. I want to outsource the production of video and shorts.
I need:
-good quality engaging videos (good storytelling) with CTA
-English fluent
-Italian fluent (not mandatory)
-Subtitles in differenti languages (not mandatory but good to have. I do need English subs at least)
-Production of shorts with CTA

I will pay each video 1 euro every 2 minutes of video. Payment monthly, between 1st and 15th (if you are late in some videos there will be a reduction of payment for that video but I want to have also positive reinforcement).
I will pay each short same as videos: every 2 minutes of shorts delivered, I will give you 1 euro. Payment monthly together with the video payment (if you are late there will be a reduction of payment for that short but I want to have also positive reinforcement).

I need 5 engaging videos per week minimum of at least 5 minutes
I need 5 shorts per day minimum of 15 seconds
