Loan Processor

MP Direct Commercial Capital LLC is involved in many facets of Commercial Real Estate including asset acquisitions, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm and financing. Our financing division focuses on commercial loans such as buy and flip (rehab loans), rental loans, portfolio loans, construction loans, bridge loans and commercial office / multi family loans. We are currently looking for a commercial loan processor that will interface between the lenders and the clientele. The processor must be able to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel, Evernote and editing Adobe Acrobat PDF files. The ideal candidate will have experience with the loan process from origination to underwriting and obtaining a clear to close status. Knowledge and understanding of debt servicing, purchase agreements, property insurance and preliminary title, profit and loss statements, rent roll schedules, tax returns and leases.

The qualified individual will be paid a flat fee per file per loan. This is not an hourly job. The ideal candidate will build a team under you as team leader. Qualified Candidates should apply!
