Assistant - Ecomm Business

Looking for an assistant to start on our team and will initially be conducting the following tasks:

- Customer Service Emails
- Website chat responses
- Organising returns and replacements
- Must have perfect written and oral English
- Must turn up on time each day and provide updates at the end of each shift (this is critical)

After the right candidate has been on the team and is proving themselves, the role will expand to cover the following and training will be provided:

- Landing page building
- Product research
- Responding to customer phone calls
- Other projects as needed
