Web writer content in French SEO BLOG

We are a start-up: we send around 100 French students each year in english schools abroad to learn english, pass an exam, find an internship. We are looking for someone to manage the natural / organic referencement of our website.
The content has to be in French.
Our website is in French. So if you don't write perfect french, please don't apply. If you better write French than speak it, it is not an issue.
Tasks:
. Audit our website and start working on improvements
. Blog: write quality content to display on blog with strategic keywords
. Social Media: manage Facebook page and create content. Get more followers naturally (no paid likes, or paid followers)
. Create a Facebook community
. Manage more social medias relevant to our business
. Edit videos and photo montages to post on Youtube and Vimeo
. Graphic: if possible, it would be great as well to help with the design of our brochures and other marketing supports
