Paid Ad Specialist - Google Adwords & Facebook Ads

Have at least 6 years Google Adwords, managed a minimum budget of US$100k a month, and hold current Google Adwords certification? Spotlight Revenue has a great full-time remote position: Senior PPC Google Ads Specialist for you.

At Spotlight Revenue, you will be the lead paid media specialist on the team, running all of our Google and Facebook paid advertising. We are a SEO agency with a App Development division and have subsidiary ownership of other business we advertise for, as well as clients that hire us to run their paid media.

- Own the PPC campaigns from SEM and Social Media PPC Platforms. Manage digital marketing, handle campaign strategy, lead generation, campaign performance and budget, traffic and conversions
- Set up the conversion tracking with Google tag manager, familiar with Google Analytics
- Create and implement Google and Microsoft Advertisement structure and SEM strategy, set up the goals, and deliver the best performance
- Conduct keyword research and competitive research, build keyword lists, and set up ranking goals and strategies with effective advertisement creation.
- Generate good quality of ad copy, and landing pages, monitor and optimize the budget, content quality score, CTR, conversion, and ROAs.
- Data analytics and regular reports via Google Adwords, Google Analytics, covering all the KPIs and goal accomplishment status
- Identify missing keywords and areas for future improvement
- Keep up with Google ads new update and changes, and implement into your campaign strategies.

Requirement:
- Google ads & Google Analytics certification preferred, 6+ hands-on experience
- Good ads copywriting skills
- Advanced experience in budgeting and optimization to PPC campaigns with great results everytime
