Long term employment with Insurance Broker (Broker over 20 years experience) , need someone that can help start a virtual Insurance Agency (call center experience a plus).
This will include three or four telemarketers, several appointment setters, and three or four sales representatives.
The person for this job will start the virtual Insurance Agency by doing everything in the job description. Once a system is established will then become a manager and start hiring the people that will fill the needed positions above.
From that point on would be responsible for hiring, training, managing employees for growth, and production.
