Fortress University/Fortress Credit Pro is a leading expert in credit repair and financial education. We help our clients achieve financial freedom by providing credit repair programs, financial services, and teaching them how to make more money, increase their credit, get out of debt, and much more.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about helping others to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering questions about our products and services, processing orders and transactions, resolving issues, and delivering information about our offerings.

We have Part-time/Full-time positions available, and we require flexibility to work the following shifts: Monday through Friday: 10 pm – 2 am Philippine Standard time; 8 am – 12 pm Philippine Standard time; and/or weekends: 2 am – 10 am Philippine Standard time.

To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in English with minimal to no accent other than American English, as our clients are apprehensive of phishing and scam calls.

Responsibilities:

Answering questions about our products and services.
Processing orders and transactions.
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical ---------- livering information about our offerings.
Providing proactive customer outreach.
Handling customer complaints.
Collecting customer feedback and reviews.
Ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:

Fluent in English with minimal to no accent other than American English.
Passion for customer service and helping others.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
