We are a Real Estate Photography company looking for a virtual assistant to help with a variety of tasks. You will need to have experience with and access to Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom and high-speed internet (you will need to download and upload large files 3GB+).
See below for a list of the tasks we will want you to do.
Quality Check Photo Content
Download photos from our editors and manually check each photo for quality (image sharpness, crop, color, misc imperfections).
Make minor adjustments as needed in photoshop.
Apply a Lightroom preset to the photos, export and upload them to our content delivery platform.
Check 3D Tours for correct address and starting location, edit when needed.
Check video content for smooth transitions, typos and other issues.
Send corrections to editors or self adjust.
Create PDF Floor Plan Reports
Check floor plans for accuracy, bedroom count, and other issues.
Download floor-plan images and build a PDF report using Canva.
Copy information from an existing PDF report and merge the two together.
Create a listing in our content delivery platform for each order.
Check that all deliverables (photos, video, floor plans) are added to each listing.
Check that agent info is fully completed.
Check that order info is correct.
Send listing to agent.
Other admin tasks may be added as needed, but this is a good idea of the daily work.
This will be a part-time position paid weekly. 4 hours per day 5 days per week.
We are based in the Eastern USA so you would need to start work in the morning here approximately 7 or 8 am so we can have the jobs finished and to our clients by noon.
