Growth Analyst

We are looking for a Growth Analyst who will contribute to the overall success of our products.

You will join an outgoing and expanding team that monitors and evaluates web analytics dashboards and reports and also recommend improvements in the product for driving growth and better engagement. You will be responsible for performing A/B experiments with all marketing channels – email campaigns, social media posts, etc. At the same time, your tasks will include creating regular reports to keep track of growth experiments and channel performance and analysing all analytics tools data and creating marketing campaigns to drive growth in terms of user acquisition and retention. We’d expect you to try various channels for organic growth, bringing in innovative ideas and discovering new opportunities for increasing traffic as well as retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves:

* Managing our Radar
* Analyzing and adjusting fraud levels
* Analyzing and adjusting Radar rules and block thresholds
* Analyzing user $, average spends as well as user behaviour and similar fields
* Understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant tools for web and mobile analytics
* Knowledge and experience in analysing data from GA, creating GA reports, segments, understanding goals and funnels
* Strong understanding of best practices for SEO, especially on-page optimisation and hands-on experience with the Google webmaster tool
* Understanding of best practices for social media marketing and other organic channels for growth
* Candidate must be familiar with best practices for email marketing and video content marketing
* Should have experience in the integration of analytics & marketing automation tools
* Should have experience in acquiring users and increasing engagement through social media

QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong analytic and quantitative skills
* Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
* Outstanding level of English
* Proficiency in standard business software applications
* Self-motivated and personally driven
* Flexible thinker, highly adaptable and able to juggle competing priorities
* Not afraid to bring new ideas, a point of view and willing to challenge the status quo
* Expert in Stripe
* Experienced in Mixpanel
* Google Analytics
* GA4
* Google Optimize
* WordPress knowledge is definitely a bonus but not essential.
