We are an EdTech Company located in the US and we are looking for a Social Media Content and Growth Specialist to perform a variety of tasks and support for the company’s growth. We're looking for someone who can add value, make recommendations and most importantly, grow with the company.
This is a full-time and long-term position, your full attention and dedication is highly needed. Must be able to put in your 8 hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST as we are located on the East Coast of the US.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities:
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Managing a high volume of daily social media
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Performing other duties when needed.
Create and manage monthly internal social media campaigns
Meet with different employees and students to produce new contents
Basic video editing of contents for reels, stories, and Tiktok posts
Grow our social media platforms to generate leads
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
At least 2 years of experience in Content Production
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Graphic Design and Video Editing skills and experience is required

With experience in graveyard shift.
Familiarity with Google apps.
Additional Job Details:
Expect you to work at least 40 hours weekly.
