Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. We specialise in speech and language therapy.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging content for our current social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook and ----------
- Develop a social media strategy across all platforms
- Create and develop our presence on TikTok and YouTube
- Create and execute on new ideas and content
- Drive lead generation
- Develop brand recognition through our content
- Monitor and track the results of the content and adjust strategies as needed to improve overtime
- Gather and create short form video content for social media posts
- Work directly with the Clinical and Operational Director
- Build relationships with our followers and
- Build relationships with influencers
- Maintain long-term and steady collaboration with influencer partners, develop and execute strategic marketing promotions
and campaigns, and update cooperation strategies timely
- Understand paid advertising on social media and develop this strategy for lead generation
- Monitor and analyse the data of promotions and campaigns, refine and upgrade promotions and campaigns based on
previous performance.
- Put together a social media calendar and manage it

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills - particularly with written English
- Experience of growing a brand online
- Results driven - someone who works hard, gets things done, and produces positive outcomes
- Must have the knowledge of how to schedule content, post content, creating hashtags, SEO and optimisation of content
- Problem solver and resourceful
-Strong attention to detail and ability to track results
- Knowledge and understanding of speech and language therapy / disabilities would be beneficial

40 hours per week - flexible working hours available
