Appointment Setting, Quoting, Customer Service

I am looking to hire one new employee for this remote position. I run a house cleaning business and need someone to answer the phones from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard time.

You will be trained on how to give quotes over the phone and to book cleanings using our booking software.

Your main responsibility will be providing excellent and friendly customer service when prospects call us and when existing customers call us. Please do not work another job while doing this role.

There is downtime between calls and quotes. great for college students.
Must speak great English and have a good internet connection and mic quality.
