Video Editor for Davinci Resolve

We are hiring experienced remote video editors to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience with video editing using Davinci Resolve and we will be using DaVinci Resolve as our video editing software. This is a requirement since we will be working on collaborative projects and we all need to be using the same program.

If you have not used Davinci resolve but have 3-5 years of editing experience then you may still apply for the position since I believe that good editors can work well with any tool once they learn the fundamentals for making engaging videos. But you will need to be comfortable with the idea of switching to Davinci Resolve.

We will only be looking at applications that answer the following questions and have example videos that they have worked on in the past:

What editing software do you have experience with?
What is your internet speed?
What is your availability for a test task?
Have you ever used Davinci Resolve for editing? If so, how comfortable are you with the software?

Please note that we will give a test task to applicants who we think will be a good fit for the company. The test task will involve editing a short video clip and should take approximately 4 hours to complete. We are willing to pay you $3.00 per hour for your time and effort on the test task ($12 for the task).
