Stock BRoll Editor for eLearning Courses [creative]

Hi! I am looking to hire on an *expert-level* creative BRoll editor.

I normally find great workers on onlinejobs.ph  and I have about 50 5 star ratings there as a client! But I've had amazingly good luck with folks from Ph, so am trying this site. =-)

To be honest, I find it very difficult to find video editors who have an intuitive sense of what stock BRoll will work when. I'm looking for someone with a really intuitive sense of picking stock BRoll and then editing it into a timeline. This is more creative than technical. There's really an art to it.

I would provide a script and video, with general notes on what sort of BRoll we are looking for. You would take those notes and go find appropriate footage on Getty or Vimeo Stock.

You should have a really good sense of timing and body language for this role. You should also know what footage looks too "stocky" and what footage looks more natural. (we like natural-looking footage; not too stocky!!)

We edit in Adobe Premiere and Davinci Resolve so either program would work. :-)

This is a part-time, as-needed, freelance gig. Pay is $15/hr USD for the right person.
