Sales/VA

Hi, I'm looking for a virtual assistant with sales skills. I'm the owner of a small cleaning and construction company. In the beginning, I want to focus on the cleaning division first.
Location USA, Los Angeles, PCT.
Monday-Friday, 40 hrs. I think 8-9am-3-4 pm. We will discuss it.
Cleaning Division. The main part is steam carpet/tile or upholstery cleaning services. Also, I started to offer commercial carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning services (like mopping, dusting, and wiping with 2-3 maids)
Let me list the main functions as VA here
- answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
- upsell extra services via phone calls to increase the average ticket
- set up the appointments\estimates in our CRM - HouseCall Pro: Put name\last name\email, address, put the right cleaning service and set up a day with time.
- give calls to existing customers if we have some schedule changing or rescheduling
- answer and give quotes via text messages
- very rarely solve problems with an unhappy or angry customers. It's life, sometimes it happens
- do posting on Google and Instagram
There are not a lot of incoming calls, so here are additional functions as Sales Rep
- cold calls to current customers
- cold call to the commercial clients (I'll provide the data)
- warm calls to customers who are looking for the service (residential & commercial cleaning)
- follow up calls
I'm looking for an opportunity to expand my business with new commercial customers so cold calls are vital. I'll provide the list of phone numbers and names for the first time, and show you where you could get more phone numbers in the future. I need this process to be automated.

A listed some basic functions. I think it's about 80% of all functions. Some functions could be added after we start working together.
Few more things:
- By the end of the day I need a report about incoming \outcoming calls with a result - set the appointment, thinking, don't pick up the phone. I want to track your results, cause sometimes we could forget to give a call and miss the opportunity
- I want you to be in touch with me or my team representative via Whatsapp or Telegram. It will help my team to make a decision quicker.
- I totally understand that sales require the commission, so I will pay a bonus for a new booked customer or a higher average ticket. But you don't have to be afraid to pick up the phone and call. I'm looking for experience from you.
