Bilingual Phone Representative for Purrfect Grooming (Mobile Pet Grooming)

BILINGUAL PHONE REPRESENTATIVE (ENGLISH - SPANISH) - UNITED STATES EASTERN TIME ZONE WORK HOURS

We are looking for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Phone Representative to join our team at Purrfect Grooming, a mobile pet grooming business located in South Florida. This position will require the right candidate to answer calls from potential pet owners and book appointments for our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be a great listener and problem solver, and have a passion for helping pet owners.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls from potential pet owners in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist potential customers by providing information about our services, pricing, and ---------- e persuasive skills to close sales and book appointments with potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment bookings, and follow-up calls.
Actively participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center role.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously.
Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and work well under pressure.
Experience using a computer, internet, and telephone systems.

Working Conditions:

The position is remote, and the successful candidate will work from home.
Work schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
