VA / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Lukas here with the Babusak Realty Group here in Atlanta, Georgia. We are looking for a Part-Time (20 hours/week) motivated and driven individual to join our team as a real estate appointment setter + VA. As an appointment setter + VA, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential/existing clients, building/nurturing relationships, and generating leads for our real estate agents. You will also take notes from calls to be uploaded into our CRM platforms (Chime + Zillow Premier Portal) which we will help you with.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in cold calling or sales is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
