Full time Video Editor Premier Pro

I run a Youtube Channel about a ---------- at sea. The channel is a few months old but some of the videos have almost half million views and the channel has over 10000 subscribers so I know what we are doing is working because I try to tell the best story possible.

But I cant write scripts, edit, do the sound design and everything else that comes with the channel and so Im looking for a full time editor to work with Monday to Friday.

Im based in Germany so European time. Generally available for a meeting in my morning or afternoon for you to review and give guidance.

I need someone with at least two years experience on Premier Pro. You will need to edit the videos, apply transitions, Colour Grade and do sound design including music and SFX.

The target is one video each week. but that might vary depending on the length of the video and there might be a few short videos.

I have someone working on sourcing photos and videos related to the a ---------- . I will film the A Roll and some B Roll but mostly its sourced material from the internet.

The salary will be $600 a month for 40 hours a week. I think this is low and so as the channel grows and can pay more then I will increase the salary to reflect the success of the channel.

This will not suit someone with another job and editing at night and weekends. Im looking for a tea ---------- mber to work with to build a great channel and tell amazing stories. I imagine this would suit someone who has finished college and wants to start their first full time job but has been editing part time so knows their way around Premier Pro.

Most important is that you want to tell great stories and contribute ideas and communicate with me so that together we can tell amazing stories in the best way possible for Youtube. If you want to be in documentary storytelling thats the best fit for this.
