Experienced Customer Service Agent

Looking for a long term customers service agent , someone reliable and experienced to handle all mail and communication with our customers. Someone whom is motivated and proactively takes on their role as a Customer Service Agent.
Building a customer relationship is and making sure the customer feels heard and well attended too is our primary goal.

- Answering emails within 36 hours is a must.
- guiding customers to find the desired products.
- Giving discounts and everything what entails the customer journey falls under your responsibility.
- Translating the customers native language to understand and reply back in the native language is something your very experienced in.

Most importantly keeping customers up to date on there order is required. But also though skin for the less friendly customers. We believe that the customer is king and have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranty Policy.

Salary indication: $3 to $4 per hour. Once relationship is established a salary can be discussed.
