Logistics
• 100% work from home
• P260/hr
• Available from 9am-2pm Sydney
• Minimum 20hrs per week
• Will work with a time-tracker
Tasks includes but are not limited to:
• Graphics Design
• Outbound and Inbound calls
• Conversation with potential clients - LinkedIn, Recruitment Co and Website
• Tracking of data
• Mailouts
• Liaise with Web Developers
• Document website changes
General
• Strictly adheres to the Company Guidelines Represents the Company in a professional manner outside the office.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Strictly adheres to the best interest of the Company thru proper usage of company assets and resources
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Assistant or similar
• Specializes in LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Ability to spot emerging trends
• Familiarity with social media, social networking,
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
