Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for scheduling content for our clients provided by our content creators and graphic designers, managing social media accounts, reporting, proofreading, hashtag management, and engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience with Sprout Social and be familiar with managing social media stories, reels, and posts.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and publish content provided by our content creators and graphic designers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring all comments and messages are responded to in a timely manner.
Proofread and edit all content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Monitor and report on social media analytics using tools such as Sprout ---------- velop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
Collaborate with the content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging social media content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media platforms.

Requirements:

Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content.
Familiarity with managing social media stories, reels, and posts.
Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret data.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
