Part Time: HR Manager - Volunteer & Internship Recruiter and Coordinator

Seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with experience in recruiting Volunteers and Interns. I organize over 30 annual 2-Day Conferences in the Digital Marketing Industry. Each conference at least 10 volunteers are needed. The HR manager will screen, select and coordinator Volunteers for each city event, through email, linkedin and Zoom ---------- ually in each city there is not enough volunteer applications received so we need to contact local universities to partner with to get more student volunteers to have enough for each event.

We also have Social Media Interns, so this manager will screen and select suitable Interns to join our team.

Part-time Shifts will be 4 hours per day, 5 days a ---------- would be evening shifts in Philippines time as most of our events are in North America.
