E-Commerce Operations/Project Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager to work with us on a part-time basis [~20hr/week] for early-mid stage ecommerce stores/brands running tiktok & facebook ads in various niches, such as fitness/fashion/jewelry/electronics & more. Opportunity for full-time position down the line may be provided.


What you'll be doing on the job

NOTE: To get a full understanding of the business, you will be shadowing various employees, executives, etc.
You are *not* expected to know the small details behind how our existing business operates, but are expected to be very adaptive - by using resources available to you to find answers/solutions.

1. Analyzing work (& reports) done by employees to create simple, digestible reports for executive(s).
> These are usually for daily reports or project-based updates.

2. Oversee tasks done by employees across various departments (creative, performance & advertising, customer support, etc.) to ensure workers are working optimally & are not running into issues.

3. Completing simplistic tasks outside the scope of existing employees (but are not too technical/difficult to quickly learn & complete) and making non high-level decisions on the behalf of executive(s)
[Example: resolving issue with a software we are working with by contacting their support team, viewing their help center, using google to find best solution, troubleshooting]

4. Use onlinejobs to find & filter applicants for new hires joining our team.

5. Communicating with people in the team & business associates (product suppliers, clients/partners) to resolve simple issues, get insight/info & more.

6. Helping create & finalize standard operating procedures.


What's you'll need to join us

2. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, manage changes, and reliably meet deadlines

3. Experience designing, implementing, measuring and optimizing programs, processes, structures and/or systems for improving organizational efficiency

4. Communication skills > must be fluent in English & comfortable communicating with others (View Loom Videos, Communicate With Team, More)

5. Experience working with a business largely in the online space
(Highly Preferred) Experience working with a Ecommerce or Dropshipping business
