Social Media Manager

We are an italian company who is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging content and increasing social media presence across multiple platforms. . The primary responsibility will be to create 3 social media posts per week to be posted on all the main social media channels.
The posts will be in italian, you are not required to know Italian and can rely on tools such as Chat GPT to create marketing content

Responsibilities:
Create high-quality and engaging social media content (3 posts per week)
Manage and grow social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with other departments to develop social media campaigns that align with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in social media management
Strong communication and writing skills
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Experience in graphic design is a plus
Strategic thinking and ability to give guidance and support to develop a successful social media presence
