Position Title: Loss Mitigation Representative
Reports To: Loss Mitigation Manager
Location: Virtual
Compensation: $500.00 USD monthly to to $1,000

Company Overview: Cars and Credit Master is a fast-growing auto sales and finance company based in United States - Texas with locations in Dallas, Texas and Houston, Texas. The company provides customers with fast and friendly access to near new vehicles and in-house financing. CCM Finance is a young and fast-growing used auto finance company based in Texas. The company partners with its local dealerships to provide customers access to great vehicle selection, service options, and in-house financing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive list of delinquent accounts and request those accounts to be placed out for repossession. This will all be done through through a variety of systems.
Need to feel comfortable using more than one system.
Need to be adept at following complex step-by-step procedures.
Part of this role is to openly communicate with your manager in certain outlying scenarios.
Provide a good customer experience by helping internal customers
Work with other Loss Mitigation Representatives to ensure an effective and cohesive team
Follow a documented process from beginning to end
Continually organize and rebalance your workload to achieve optimum efficiency and time management
Other duties as required

REQUIRED:
1 to 3 years of customer service experience required.
Must be able to speak English language.
Must be detailed oriented.
Evidence of past performance and other contributions that improved department or company metrics
Ability to deliver results individually to achieve high performance
Excellent communication track record with internal customers / tea ---------- mbers, and other company employees
Experience and comfort with technology (DMS account management, DMS reporting, phone systems, spreadsheets, etc.).
Proficient with MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

DESIRED:
Experience working with Collateral Protection Insurance, Bankruptcy filings, IDMS, Collection or Customer Service teams and Banking. Excellent communication skills
