• Responsible for substantiating applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests
• Schedules and coordinates appointments such as meetings and interviews
• Responsible for the recruitment for professional positions.
• Responsible for job posting on employment website, cold calling and cold
• Completes onboarding documentation to new candidates for preparation of orientation.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Responsible for effective team collaboration
• Completes benefits enrollment for new employees by coordinating, and forwarding document to employees, and to HR office.

• Responsible for new employees’ verification and reference checks.
• Responsible for completing and monitoring HR related excel spreadsheets
• Responsible for compliance of employee performance review.
• Complete updates of licenses and credentials for all professional employees
• Schedule interviews, orientations and onboarding trainings
• Upload and maintain electronic documents into employee files
• Maintain eligible candidate lists; provide names of eligible to department representatives upon appropriately approved requests for hire
• Performs other duties as assigned.
