Agency Project Manager (Asana Expert)

We are a successful advisory, marketing, and design agency in the finance sector. We need someone to manage client comms, the design team, and more. You must ensure the team creates the deliverables, communicates with the clients, onboard new clients, establishes SOP (systems and processes) organizes clients' files in DropBox, and much more. You must be an Asana Super User.

*. You must have an expert at using Asana, an expert at never missing a detail, and establishing systems and processes.
* You must be available on U.S. Central Time.
* This is a long-term position.

SKILL NEEDED:
*. Quality Assurance is the TOP priority of all work going out to clients.
*. Expert organizational skills
*. Strong ability to multitask
*. Outstanding communication skills
*. Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology
*. Ability to function well in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines

DUTIES:
*. Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes on client engagements.
*. Manage and set up Asana to use the
*. Communicate with each tea ---------- mber
*. Follow up with each task and determine the status
*. Communicate the project plan internally and with the client
*. Produce reports for management (e.g., performance metrics)
*. Communicate frequently with sponsors and stakeholders
*. Know the team’s strengths and weaknesses, together and individually
*. Plan around the team’s skills to ensure end success
*. Adhere to the critical path and have the plan to mitigate issues that invariably arise
